Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 and Watch GT 6 Series with Titanium Build Launched Globally

Huawei has officially unveiled its latest lineup of smartwatches in Europe the Huawei Watch Ultimate 2, Huawei Watch GT 6, and Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro. These new wearables bring premium designs, advanced health and fitness tracking, diving features, and long-lasting battery life. Huawei Watch Ultimate 2: Premium Build and Diving-Friendly Features

The Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 is the star of the show, arriving with a rugged new design. It sports an octagonal skeletonised case with ceramic bezels and comes in Black and Blue variants paired with fluoroelastomer straps.

On the hardware side, it packs a 1.5-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display offering 3,500 nits peak brightness, 310 PPI density, and sapphire crystal glass protection. The zirconium-based liquid metal case ensures durability, while the overall size supports wrist sizes between 140mm to 210mm. At 80.5 grams, it’s slightly heavier, but built for serious use.

First Smartwatch Rated for 150m Diving Depth

Huawei claims the Watch Ultimate 2 is the world’s first smartwatch rated for up to 150 meters of dive depth. It even supports sonar-based communication for up to 30 meters, making it highly useful for divers.

The smartwatch supports four diving modes recreational, technical, scuba, and free dive. It also displays detailed diving metrics like depth, time, speed, NDL, and PO2, while all dive history can be tracked via the Huawei Health app.

On the health side, the Ultimate 2 includes:

  • SpO2 Levels

Battery life is another strong point the Watch Ultimate 2 lasts:

  • Up to 11 days on light usage
  • Around 6 days on normal usage
  • About 4 days with Always-On Display

Connectivity options include eSIM, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, and a new Expedition Mode with offline maps powered by the Sunflower Positioning System.
