Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has officially started teasing its next flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15, and the brand has already revealed one of its biggest highlights the display. According to iQOO’s Product Manager, Galant V, the upcoming device will ship with a Samsung 2K AMOLED panel, which is being touted as one of the best displays in the industry.
iQOO 15 Display Features
The iQOO-15 display will bring a major upgrade in terms of clarity, brightness, and durability. Galant V revealed that the new panel will support up to 6,000 nits peak brightness, ensuring excellent outdoor visibility. Additionally, it will offer 144Hz refresh rate, NB Plus technology for durability, and a special anti-reflective coating to reduce glare.
This combination makes the iQOO 15 one of the brightest and smoothest smartphones to look forward to in 2025.
iQOO 15 Performance & Cooling Enhancements
Beyond the display, leaks suggest that the iQOO 15 will come equipped with a massive 8,000mm² vapor chamber for heat dissipation. This should help the phone maintain performance during gaming and other heavy tasks, minimizing throttling issues.

On the hardware front, the iQOO’s 15 is tipped to feature the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with UFS 4.1 storage (4-lane) for faster read/write speeds. The phone may also pack a huge 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging and support for wireless charging.
Leaked images suggest iQOO is experimenting with fresh back designs this year. One variant is expected to feature a chalk-white panel with a vertical red stripe, giving the flagship a unique identity.
Camera & Other Rumored Specs
The iQOO camera setup could include a 50MP periscope zoom lens, likely making it a strong contender in mobile photography. Other tipped features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, and enhanced haptic feedback motors for an immersive experience.
