Redmi has officially confirmed the arrival of its Note 15 Pro series in China. The lineup will include two devices the standard Note 15 Pro and the more powerful Note 15 Pro+. While details about the base model are still under wraps, Redmi has already shared a handful of key specifications of the Note 15 Pro+, giving us a closer look at what’s coming.

Redmi Note 15 Pro+ Specification
The highlight of the Note 15 Pro+ is its display. The phone is set to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K quad-curved AMOLED panel, protected by Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Glass. According to Redmi, the screen can push brightness levels up to 3,200 nits, making it one of the brightest displays on any Redmi device to date.

Redmi is putting serious focus on battery life this time. The Note 15 Pro+ will carry a 7,000mAh battery, paired with 90W fast charging via USB-C. There’s also 22.5W reverse wired charging, meaning the phone can act as a power bank in emergencies.
Interestingly, Redmi claims the battery is durable enough to survive 1,600 charge cycles, which translates to nearly five years of daily use without major capacity loss.
Another area Redmi seems to be emphasizing is toughness. The Note 15 Pro+ has reportedly gone through multiple durability tests and is being marketed as drop-resistant and waterproof. It also carries an IP69K rating, making it highly resistant to both dust and high-pressure water.
On the imaging side, the Note 15 Pro+ will feature a 50MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). While more details about the full camera setup are still unknown, OIS should help deliver sharper photos and smoother video recordings.
Although Redmi hasn’t revealed the processor yet, earlier leaks suggest that the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset will be powering the Note 15 Pro+. Some leaks also hinted at satellite communication support, though we’ll have to wait for the official launch to know for sure.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro series will officially launch in China on August 21, 2025. That’s when we’ll learn about the pricing, full specifications, and what separates the standard Pro from the Pro+.
From what we know so far, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ looks like one of the strongest mid-range contenders of 2025. With its quad-curved AMOLED display, massive 7,000mAh battery, blazing-fast 90W charging, IP69K durability, and OIS camera, Redmi seems to be aiming for a perfect balance of performance, design, and reliability.
The official launch is just around the corner, so we won’t have to wait long to see how it stacks up against the competition.
